Habits

We first form habits; then habits form us. As we reach for success, if we do not consciously form good habits we will unconsciously form bad ones.

It's just as easy to form the habit of succeeding as it is to succumb to the habit of failure.

Habits aren't instincts; they're acquired reactions. They don't just happen; they are caused. Once you determine the cause of a habit, you have the Power to accept or reject it.

It is a psychological fact that you can influence your Environment and thoughts. If you do so consciously and with high purpose, you can change your habits and attitudes for the better.

To know the true reality of yourself, you must be aware of both your conscious thoughts and your unconscious prejudices, biases and habits.

Every person who has become successful has formed the habit of doing things failures dislike doing and will not do.

Anyone can live heroically and successfully for one day. The man who achieves a high purpose makes that day the pattern for all the days of his life.

Fear is a habit; so are self-pity, defeat, anxiety, despair, hopelessness and resignation. You can eliminate all of these negative habits with two simple resolves: "I can!" and "I will!"

Good work habits help develop an internal toughness and a self-confident attitude that will sustain you through every adversity and temporary discouragement.

The harvest we reap in our lives is measured by the attitudes and habits we cultivate.
