Five hugs a day

At least 5 ideally 12 hugs a day keeps depression away. :-)

- For people who haven't slept for 24 hours, their IQs reduced by 10 points or more. 

Babies who got enough touch grows better. Touch, like exercises and sleep, is the natural need of our body.
